2nd edition
Buy BookSaxon Math Advanced Math is typically used after completing Saxon Math Algebra 2. It provides in-depth coverage of trigonometry, logarithms, analytic geometry, and upper-level algebraic concepts. It also includes continued practice of intermediate algebraic concepts and trigonometry introduced in Algebra 2 and features new lessons on functions, matrices, statistics, and the graphing calculator (see table of contents below).
Each lesson includes practice problems along with cumulative review questions to ensure students have a firm understanding of previously covered material. The book provides ample opportunities for students to develop their problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities, making it a valuable resource for both teachers and students. Overall, the book aims to prepare students for calculus at the high school or college level.
