Saxon Physics

Rather than an introduction to physics (i.e. basic/general physics), Saxon Physics is an engineering physics course. A scientific calculator is needed for the course. Students will be most successful with this course if they have completed at least the first half of Advanced Mathematics or some other pre-calculus book that includes trigonometry.

Physics is equally appropriate for average and gifted students. The entire program is based on introducing a topic to a student and then allowing them to build upon that concept as they learn new ones. Topics are gradually increased in complexity and practiced every day, providing the time required for concepts to become totally familiar.
