Your student will have access to our library of written solutions for the Saxon Math questions that they can't quite figure out.
Our staff will respond to your student's question by updating the solution for everyone. To clarify, our staff will not communicate directly with your student, but the student will be notified on their dashboard when the new solution is ready.
If your student misses a question in the online self-grading, they will have the option of viewing a solution. If they choose to view the solution, the question will be marked incorrect and can no longer be updated by the student.
