Buy BookSaxon Math 6/5 is a comprehensive math textbook designed for 5th or 6th-grade students, intended to be used after the completion of either Saxon Math 5/4 or Intermediate 4. Saxon Math uses a spiral approach, employing incremental development of new math concepts and continuous review of previous concepts. This book consists of 120 lessons plus 10 investigations organized into 12 sections covering topics such as order of operations, fractions, decimals, percents, integers, divisibility, probability, reciprocals, square roots, and more (see table of contents below).
Each lesson includes practice exercises and problem sets, along with cumulative reviews to ensure students have a firm understanding of previously covered material.
